The Kitchen Attendant position:

We are currently looking for experienced kitchen hands and line cooks.
Key Duties:

• Maintaining a high level over all restaurant quality and food standards
• Safety and cleanliness of back of house, cool room fridges and dry store, ensuring all cleaning and maintenance schedules are complied with.
• Strictly following all food safety procedures.
• Creating a harmonious team orientated environment amongst all staff within the restaurant.
• Maintaining high standards of morale and personal appearance of all staff.
• Hot and Cold food preparation
• General cleaning duties

*This is a high-volume kitchen. We will only consider candidates who have previous experience in a kitchen.
