Who is El Oso Negro?
El Oso Negro is the design studio of lone designer Bodie ‘Blackbear’ Jarman, based in the Sydney suburb of Redfern, Australia. Specialising in custom Type, Lettering, Logo Design & Illustration, heavily influenced by Art Deco, Mid-Century Americana, 1960’s Garage Rock & Vintage Motorcycles.
A bunch of his work will fill the blank white walls that is the Captains Quarters Gallery, upstairs over looking the restaurant.
100% of the sale of the artwork goes directly to the artist.
Opening night Friday the 1st of April, so don’t be a fool and get doiwn and check it out!
